This app is being rejected for multiple reasons:

• vibecoded
• earrape audio
• overall just pointless. Who would use a Wii for this?

fair enough, audio sounds the same volume as everything else on my setup and i did make it in direct response to someone asking for this to exist, but you're entitled to reject it.
