FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './checkpoints/FDNet_ETTh1_ftM_ll672_pl720_0/checkpoint.pth'
There is no checkpoint.pth in FDNet_ETTh1_ftM_ll672_pl720_0.

You may pay attention to two important args, '--train' and '--save_loss', in main.py. If the first one is absent in your python command, the network will not be trained so that there will also not exist any checkpoint. If the second one is absent, the process will delete the checkpoint but print the result in 'result.log' once ended.
