I'm currently using Windows 11, and I don't know if this error also occurs on Windows 10. After pressing F3, the camera starts correctly, and the view can rotate when moving the mouse, but WASD movement has no effect. After replacing the current version (DEV0278bb9 (pre-release)) of TLAC.dva with an older version (probably version 3.7), the functionality returned to normal.
