what does this do?

This PR adds a elysia macro to pre-validate the authorization headers for a request and include the jwt token in the handler context.

how to test this

the macro can be registered anywhere in the handler chain, but will only be available on handlers declared after the macro registration. To enable request validation, set the requireAuth field in the hooks argument to true

  • doesn't break existing stuff
  • this is genuinely the smallest useful piece
