Notable changes

• Action steps were ported from bash to Python, and now own their child process lifecycles — so a step that spawns a subprocess cleans it up rather than leaving it behind.
• Setup-added tool paths are preserved in the Claude sandbox, so a tool installed by the repo's setup: steps stays on the agent's PATH (Preserve setup-added tool paths in the Claude sandbox max-sixty/tend#1071).
• The review-runs skill now treats the quota reset as an upper bound rather than a schedule (skills(review-runs): treat the quota reset as an upper bound, not a schedule max-sixty/tend#1052).
