Existing permission fixes (descriptions, URLs, and options verified against live GitHub UI):

• workflows, codespaces_secrets, gists — options corrected to write-only
• artifact_metadata, organization_copilot_metrics, organization_runner_custom_images, enterprise_teams, enterprise_ai_controls, enterprise_custom_enterprise_roles — descriptions updated
• enterprise_custom_properties_for_organizations — missing admin option added + description/URL fixed
• organization_dependabot_dismissal_requests — display name, description, and URL anchor corrected

Defunct Europe stamp removed (merged from #633)

• Removes the Europe status endpoint stamp from GitHub.ps1 — the endpoint no longer exists.
