Modify pack view to display data more condensed

• Add hover color to item rows
• Put quantity before the item name
• Cut off trailing 0s from quantity
• Put item description in its own column
• Remove footer with redundant weight unit picker

A user requested this on Reddit and I certainly agree.

With these changes, users can see almost 50% more content in the same space.
