Más de 20 años en tecnología y 8 acompañando transformaciones en Banca, Seguros, Energía e Industria. Vengo de COBOL, DB2 y mainframe: cuando un equipo me explica por qué algo no se puede hacer, sé distinguir si es verdad.
Desde 2025 construyo las herramientas que esas transformaciones necesitan —modelos de portfolio, métricas de flujo, sistemas de alertas— con IA generativa y sistemas agénticos como método de trabajo. Este perfil es donde vive esa parte del trabajo.
Herramientas de diseño organizativo y de producto pensadas para usarse en una sesión real, con un cliente delante. Las visuales son un único archivo HTML, sin dependencias ni build: se abren en el navegador y funcionan.

- Modelo operativo y gobierno de portfolio — de la iniciativa estratégica a la historia de usuario, con su ciclo de vida, sus criterios de priorización y su configuración en JIRA y Confluence.
- Sistemas de medición — métricas de flujo por nivel de gobierno, dashboards y sistemas de alertas sobre datos reales, no sobre percepciones.
