Description

As discussed in #2619, there is a bug in that the initial values of sampled Variables are not in the particle file. This PR provides a (failing) unit test to show that

As discussed in #2619, there is a bug in that the initial values of sampled Variables are not in the particle file. This PR provides a (failing) unit test to show that
