Power Report not taking into account nodes allocated with Thread of Hope for distance

What is the expected behaviour/value?

The node count (points) appears to be incorrect in power report. From the attached file, Mana and Mana Reservation (near small passive) is shown as having distance 2 when it should be 1. The following notable Arcane Will and the far Mana and Mana Reservation nodes are also both one count too high (3 and 4 respectively).

(If I had to guess, it might be ignoring Deep Wisdom node because it sits in a Thread of Hope ring even though it is part of the tree.)

What is the actual behaviour/value?

Path counts should be 1, 2, and 3, not 2, 3, and 4.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Load build
2. Show Power Node - Mana Regen
3. Look at path disatance for Arcane will and neighbors
