Fix some unique name handling issues

Description of the problem being solved:

This fixes:

• unique name in the item list not matching actual title + basename after adding/removing foulborn and saving the item
• search for uniques with weird titles, such as timeless jewels which come from the timeless calculator

Steps taken to verify a working solution:

• Tests pass
• Foulborn name change added to tests
