Pet series micro robots based on ROS1 and/or ROS2

Docker specifications supporting Pet-Series robots. The robots(on-board using RPi4-5) and workstations/simulation(off-board using std. PC) using middleware based on Robot Operating System (ROS). ROS1 for legacy robots like Pet-Mk.IV. ROS2 for current/new robots.
