Public Docs release candidate

This PR is the protected, history-preserving projection of the Pidgeon Health docs surface from monorepo main. It updates the live CLI/MCP install contracts, replaces the stale license rendering with the canonical plain-text MPL-2.0 license, refreshes SOURCE_PROVENANCE, and adds the SHA-pinned read-only CI/clean-build/deploy workflows, Dependabot config, and CODEOWNERS.

  • candidate commit signed with Connor's SSH signing key

The repository ruleset requires the Mintlify CI check and maintainer review before merge. Mintlify's GitHub App deploys the merged default branch; the protected docs-deploy environment is configured for any explicit deploy-gate run.

Public Docs release candidate
This PR is the protected, history-preserving projection of the Pidgeon Health docs surface from monorepo main. It updates the live CLI/MCP install contracts, replaces the stale license rendering with the canonical plain-text MPL-2.0 license, refreshes SOURCE_PROVENANCE, and adds the SHA-pinned read-only CI/clean-build/deploy workflows, Dependabot config, and CODEOWNERS.

The repository ruleset requires the Mintlify CI check and maintainer review before merge. Mintlify's GitHub App deploys the merged default branch; the protected docs-deploy environment is configured for any explicit deploy-gate run.
