Handle new name for some pokémon in chinese

This file should have the latest names for everything: https://github.com/PokemonAutomation/Packages/blob/master/Resources/Pokemon/PokemonNameDisplay.json

Then the OCR files have the display name first. Followed by the each of the old display names. Then followed by all the OCR misreads.

At least that's what I want. Though the OCR tester was written before we had alternate names so I'm not sure how it interacts with everything.
