Summary

  • Add the Codex-side entrypoint for humanize-gen-idea so /humanize:gen-idea is available in Codex installs.
  • Wire the command through the existing idea validation and draft-generation flow, keeping it draft-only.
  • Update the Codex install docs and README to document the new entrypoint and usage.
  • Add/extend Codex installation coverage to verify the skill is synced and runtime paths are hydrated correctly.

Test Plan

  • bash tests/test-codex-hook-install.sh
  • ./scripts/install-skill.sh --target codex
