Weird behaviour with type = 'point'

Here is a jsbin with the html and the resulting page. There are two really weird things that happen on the page:

1. Some points are missing!
2. Clicking on Run JS seems to produce randomized plots, although the data is static

This is actually an undocumented "feature" (which I guess is the definition of a bug? :))

In a scatter plot, we sample the points if there are too many. Because each dot is its own DOM element, it can cause the browser to slow down. That said we could do better communicating that...

It might be better to have an option to turn on full fledged rendering, with the warning that it could take time for large data. Otherwise, it limits the utility.

Or at least tell us how many points is "too many"

+1 yikes! Showstopper for me. Can't accurately visualize data if some of it randomly disappears.

Perhaps areas that are already overplotted could have points removed, if it's possible to detect that. Also, +1 would like to know what "too many" is.

@bgbg, @pteehan -- by default Polychart samples the points down to 500.
