Uninstall-PSResource should have a PassThru parameter for the caller to get the list of resources uninstalled.

Thanks Thomas Nieto (@ThomasNieto) we thought verbose made more sense in this case, but I am understanding that could make it more difficult to automate a check against the uninstall
