Scan multiple times a module throw System.InvalidOperationException

Steps to reproduce

Run a scan multiple times on a module :

ipmo PSScriptAnalyzer

Expected behavior

No error.

Actual behavior

throw System.InvalidOperationException:
Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.
