PSGallery is down

Steps to reproduce

Powershell gallery is down and we are unable to install modules from it.

Expected behavior

PS>Install-Module -Name powershell-yaml -Scope CurrentUser 
Module is installed

Actual behavior

PS>Install-Module -Name powershell-yaml -Scope CurrentUser
