Truss is an open-source, no-code machine learning platform. Upload a CSV, clean your data, train a model, and export the results without touching a line of Python. It runs as a hosted service at truss.run and can be self-hosted in minutes with Docker Compose.

Two workflow modes

• Guided mode steps you through each stage in order: upload, analyze, clean, encode, scale, train, evaluate, export.
• Freestyle mode gives you a side-panel interface where you can run any step in any order, jump back, and experiment freely.

Getting started

Hosted

Go to truss.run and create a free account. No setup required.

Self-hosted with Docker Compose

Prerequisites: Docker and Docker Compose installed.

Generate a JWT secret:

Open docker-compose.yml and set LOCAL_JWT_SECRET to the value above, then start the stack:

docker compose up --build

The app will be available at http://localhost and the API at http://localhost:8000.

Configuration

All backend configuration is done through environment variables (or a .env file). See backend/.env.example for the full list.
