Stop overriding fast-json-stringify's fast-uri major
When the Applitools execution-grid tunnel installs this Fastify tree, fast-json-stringify@7.0.1 explicitly requires fast-uri@^4.0.0, but the root package.json override still forces every fast-uri edge to >=3.1.4 <4; consequently, this lock resolves the new serializer against the incompatible fast-uri@3.1.4 entry. npm accepts the graph because overrides replace dependency constraints, but Fastify schema compilation—particularly URI/$ref handling—then runs outside the serializer's supported dependency range. Remove or scope the override so this nested dependency receives v4.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
Bumps fastify from 5.8.5 to 5.12.3.
