Nuget size limit, again

We again almost hit 250mb nuget site limit.
Right now main large file is edge.dll, maybe split it into separate package?

Current idea split all *.dll files in separate package.
The problem: it did not want to copy files from dependency package.
Current test stuff in dev branch.

And here we go, no more X64 updates.

Dependency did not put files from contentFolder, both packages required to be installed manually.

Because of Trusted Publishing on nuget last first core packages was uploaded manually, i hope it will work automatically next time.
