Replaces the placeholder RDF chapter with a normative mapping for Xeto specs
and instance data.

The chapter defines three independently supported profiles:

  • RDF vocabulary for Xeto specs and slots,
  • SHACL validation for effective Xeto schemas,
  • RDF projection of compiled Xeto instances.

It also adds the reviewed unsupported-unit and unsupported-quantity inventories
and metadata for the QUDT correspondence tables already packaged by sys.rdf.
