Summary:

• Fixes UI/UX inconsistencies in the evaluations result.
• Refactoring on existing Components.
• Replaces inline styles with Tailwind utilities across the new evaluation components for a consistent styling approach.
• Update the CLAUDE.md based on the current architecture and folder sturcture.
• Repo hygiene: promotes instructions/CLAUDE.md to the repo root, deletes stale instruction docs (COLOR_SCHEME.md, CONFIG_AB.md, CONFIG_API.md, TESTING_MOCK_DATA.md, VERCEL_DESIGN_SYSTEM.md) and unused public/mock-data/evaluation-sample-*.json fixtures.
