When unbanning or unmuting a user, the generated information embed in the set changelog channel should also contain the reason, the user was punished for and the duration, he was punished.
Furthermore, the embed should contain the why and by which team member the user was unmuted/unbanned, to ensure better transparency within the mod team.

Tasks:

  • Add the reason for the puishment and the duration to the unmute / unban embed which is sent to changelog
  • Add the reason for and the teamler in effect of the revocation of the punishment to the same embed
