Control library for Rigol DP832(A). Currently only tested on Linux connected via USB.

Fork from hollanderic/dp832, modify and expend for laboratory usage.

1. install nginx, fcgiwrap
2. configure ngix with fastcgi at /etc/nginx/site-aviliable/default
