promote: refresh 14 pool lectures whose canonical source moved

[github-actions]

tools/drift-check found pool entries whose canonical copy moved upstream; tools/promote --refresh --exclude dp re-promoted them. Review the ledger diff, not just the lecture text: a refresh re-resolves every source, so an entry whose other copies went stale can change shape.
