create a folder, place your required files into it and create a readme file summarizing functionalities of the project along with a screenshot if possible

hi @vishakha-kaithwas , can you tell functionalities of this project? or if possible could you add more functionalities for the same.

create a folder, place your required files into it and create a readme file summarizing functionalities of the project along with a screenshot if possible
