Crash during encodes when adding videos

Problem Description

Running large encodes with 4 active, adding a number of video files with drag and drop, VidCoder crashed and disappeared.

This may be related. I noticed that some of the drag and drop scans failed, and I just had a recurrence. I'm encoding 3 videos, and I dragged and dropped 3 more to add, and the scan of the 2nd of the 3 failed. (Despite the failure, the 2nd video was added to the queue.) Logs attached.

To work-around the problem I paused the encoding while scanning those 3 adds, and they all went successfully.
