Adds align profile, quick Bayesian exit, fixes bug in data background and BlittingSupport

• Add align profile and quick Bayesian exit Refactors NS and Dream to exit quicker when stopped and refactors alignALProfiles so it works for bayes and live plots. RAT#444
• Scipy 1.18 changed the format of the MATLABOpaque object which caused some tests to start failing. I have added __opaque_to_string to load both old and new format. But I still fix the scipy version to 1.17.1 in case any other breaking changes exist
• Fixes bug in BlittingSupport it assumed that plot will always have data
• Fixes bug in data backgrounds, since background data is appended to contrast data, index is supposed to be empty similar to the MATLAB.

This looks good, but I've found that the aligning code isn't working for live plots - running the domains standard layer examples shows them misaligned when the calculation finishes.
