Description

When navigating to focus on the colour input field, the parent node is selected as well. Would have expected only the field to be outlined.
Ben: unsure how to fix, but need to investigate. This is almost certainly due to selection inconsistency.

Talked with @rachel-fenichel about this. It seems very likely this is caused by this:

By moving selection to the parent, we're creating a situation where a parent is selected while a shadow block (for the input) is actively focused. We should move the distinction for parents from selection to uses of common.getSelected() (and maybe make a note in getSelected()'s documentation specifically for blocks). A quick audit suggests this is probably only for gestures (when dragging a block or other selectable) as the main place that would need to consider a shadow block's parent.
