The basics

The details

Resolves

Proposed Changes

Adds a node test for serializing JSON. The Json includes multiple types of blocks including one with a dropdown.

Reason for Changes

In v12 the FieldDropdown class adds an instanceof HTMLElement check which is breaking the tests in samples: RaspberryPiFoundation/blockly-samples#2509

I wanted to add a node test to find out if the problem was with the test setup in samples or if we actually broke the headless use case with that code.

These seem like sensible tests to add. Do they trigger the failure you were hoping they would?

No, these tests all pass.

I gave an example of a failing test here #9035
