There are other problems with this lib that will require updates for RxJS 5 and node v4+, and also some of the primary functionality of this package can now be used more effectively with native RxJS 5 operators. I get the feeling they're moving away from bringing this back into the main RxJS package, so I created a new project HackerHappyHour/rxjs-node aimed at adding node-based utilities to RxJS 5. |

Hello folks! I would be interested in knowing if there is anything to do for getting this in. A major version bump should make clear that compatibility with v4 is not guaranteed so I see no problem there. |

The PR is incomplete as is so it is very unlikely to be merged until someone fixes it. But even then, I don't think this repository is still maintained. We'd probably need a fork (and a new maintainer). |

Created a v5 port of this library here. Still kind of a work in progress, but I plan to try and keep it updated and I'll accept PRs. |
