Close#35

This PR updates the project's README.md file, focusing on guidelines for developers upgrading from v0.1.4 to v0.1.5, and also adds some useful tips :)

@resetsix I've been checking your changes, and your example does not work as expected. The connection is not closed when calling disconnect(). URLSession is created internally. I think having cancel method as public is causing some confusion on how to use this package in version v0.1.5. @Recouse maybe you would like to review the changes and clarify?

The cancel(urlSession:) method on DataTask shouldn't be used to cancel the task. It remained public by mistake. Closing this PR because the issue was fixed in commit 2732b0a.
