Main nav build

This sets up the architecture and very basic styling for the global top nav.

There's a lot more typographic and button work that needs to happen. As well as sizing the logo appropriately. But that will be done in a follow up PR.

Nice, am I reading this correctly that there's the main nav and then the footer list of links is a secondary nav? Just making sure I understand

yup! i haven't done much footer work, but yeah the calls for nav are the same in ghost and you delineate between primary and secondary.
