This allows you to use a
BytesMutas aBufferwithchacha20poly1305(or other AEADs) by only includingchacha20poly1305in your Cargo.toml and not also having to includeaeadin your Cargo.toml. This is similar to howheaplessandarrayveccurrently have feature passthroughs.Fixes#600
