I think the blanket impl is legitimately breaking inference for the case there's an explicit Signer impl instead of using the blanket one, which would be a case of RustCrypto/traits#1831

I think the blanket impl is legitimately breaking inference for the case there's an explicit Signer impl instead of using the blanket one, which would be a case of RustCrypto/traits#1831
