Add collaborative task dependency guard

Summary

• Adds a self-contained collaborative task dependency and deadline guard for the real-time research editor.
• Evaluates inline task dependencies, due-date risk, assignee availability, document anchors, blocking comments, stale notebook outputs, and milestone readiness.
• Emits reviewer actions plus JSON, Markdown, SVG, and short MP4 demo artifacts.

Scope

This is focused on the optional inline task workflow in #12 and avoids overlapping with existing broad editor foundation, operation replay, offline conflict, notebook workbench, reference formatting, authorship governance, freeze/lock/recovery, discussion sidebar, autosave recovery, round-trip fidelity, review decision ledger, equation cross-reference, and figure-anchor slices.
