Summary

• Adds a self-contained collaborative glossary and acronym consistency guard for issue Real-time collaborative research editor & interface #12.
• Validates first-use acronym expansion, acronym collisions, incomplete/draft glossary definitions, export manifest completeness, locked-section terminology approvals, stale term anchors, unresolved terminology comments, and private reviewer/collaborator note leakage.
• Includes synthetic clean/risky packets plus JSON, Markdown, SVG, and MP4 reviewer artifacts.

This is a terminology governance/export-readiness slice, separate from existing broad editor, notebook, reference/citation, equation/table, clipboard/import, data-availability, accessibility/alt-text, mode-toggle, and table-formula submissions.
