💡 Dropped include_all_commits and count_private from the stats card — those two params make the widget run a much heavier query on the shared free service, which is the most common reason this exact card shows as a broken image (it times out mid-render). Should load reliably now.

trophy

💡 Removed the SECRET/B/C ranks from the query — computing every rank tier is what usually makes this card slow enough to time out too. Fewer ranks = faster, more reliable render.

contribution snake animation

⚠️This snake image only appears once the snake.yml Action has run successfully at least once — it needs to push to a new output branch, and by default GITHUB_TOKEN cannot push. Fix: go to repo → Settings → Actions → General → Workflow permissions, select "Read and write permissions", save, then re-run the workflow from the Actions tab. That single toggle is the #1 reason this specific image stays broken.
