1. Spin out into separate project on Github?
2. perhaps ahead of a cease and desist letter, rename it to something unique in a google search
3. someone contributes native markdown support (export-as-markdown is not the same as rountrip support for markdown)

Perhaps there's a delay between 2 & 3 :)

Hi @paul-hammant, just found this work, and I really like it. If I can propose an idea where this can be extremely useful, is VScode for writers. Many academics, writers are typing in markdown/pandoc and many PhD students, researchers would be grateful for the rest of their lives having such an add-on (API) available.

Hey @paul-hammant and @DOFfactory . I hadn't realised that this project had any attention. I can definitely pull it out into its own repo and look at transitioning it into a vs-code plugin for writers. I know that's something I would use as I wrote my previous book in vs-code

Hi @SamWSoftware, sounds good to me. There is the LTeX addon for vscode and markdown, but it is not completely covering the functionality of Hemingway
