Summary

Addresses #9 (library upload "Analyzing…" loading).

Changes

  • Spinner: Global @keyframes sapling-spin + .sapling-upload-spinner in globals.css so the loader animates reliably (avoids inline <style> keyframes).
  • Feedback: Elapsed timer (seconds / mm:ss) and copy that large files can take several minutes.
  • Timeout: Client-side abort after 4 minutes via AbortController; uploadDocument accepts optional RequestInit (e.g. signal).
  • Re-analyze: Upload new document first; remove the previous row only after success; on failure, restore the prior result so the modal is never empty and the doc is not deleted early.

Testing

  • npm test -- src/__tests__/api.test.ts (frontend)

Summary
Addresses #9 (library upload "Analyzing…" loading).
Changes
  • Spinner: Global @keyframes sapling-spin + .sapling-upload-spinner in globals.css so the loader animates reliably (avoids inline <style> keyframes).
  • Feedback: Elapsed timer (seconds / mm:ss) and copy that large files can take several minutes.
  • Timeout: Client-side abort after 4 minutes via AbortController; uploadDocument accepts optional RequestInit (e.g. signal).
  • Re-analyze: Upload new document first; remove the previous row only after success; on failure, restore the prior result so the modal is never empty and the doc is not deleted early.
Testing
  • npm test -- src/__tests__/api.test.ts (frontend)

- Add global sapling-upload-spinner keyframes for reliable animation
- Show elapsed time and clearer copy during AI processing
- Abort uploads after 4 minutes with a user-visible message
- Extend uploadDocument() with optional RequestInit (AbortSignal)
- Re-analyze: upload first, delete old doc only on success, restore on error
