CoLab Notebook Tutorial

In preparation for NeurIPS workshop

Original notebook made by @willhu-jpg and @simonguozirui

Functionality all working, need to be better and more detailed

• support CoLab (link to our repo README)
• support local execution too
• future (could support modal notebook too? @willhu-jpg is that possible)

We presented it at this tutorial How to Build Agents to Generate Kernels for Faster LLMs (and Other Models!)
during NeurIPS 2025.
We might extend this to be a Modal notebook or make the notebook more comprehensive.
We made this so people can try easily without needing their own GPU by using Google Colab, and get familiar with the KernelBench task format and repo.
