Illegal use of lambda captures

The section #reloc-illegal-uses should explicitly mention that reloc cannot be applied to a lambda capture.

I don't know why one would ever want to do that, but technically this could be made to work (don't call the dtor on func's var when the lambda is destroyed). I'll open a separate discussion on this.

So, relocating from lambda captures must be illegal, except maybe if the lambda itself is a prvalue. Whether this would be allowed depends on whether we allow to relocate from data-members if *this is a prvalue (#20).
