feat: embed image and video previews in notes

Summary

• add an embedded media preview panel below the note editor
• detect image and video URLs in note text and render image/video cards inline
• enable video playback controls for embedded video links
• expand Tauri CSP to allow external HTTPS image/video resources to load in embedded renderers

• entered image and video URLs in the note field
• verified embedded image rendering works
• verified video card rendering and playback interaction attempt in-app
