feat: 피그마 레퍼런스 기반 UI와 일정 확정 플로우

🚀 작업 내용 (What)

• Figma/PDF 레퍼런스 기준으로 홈, 로그인, 회원가입, 캘린더 연동, 모임 생성, 참여자 초대, 호스트 조율 현황 화면을 재구성했습니다.
• 공통 MOIM 레퍼런스 UI 컴포넌트를 추가해 보라색 상단바, 버튼, 일정표, 히트맵 톤을 재사용하도록 정리했습니다.
• 호스트가 추천 시간을 확정할 수 있도록 confirmedSlot 저장, API 응답, 테스트, E2E 경로를 연결했습니다.
• Tailwind/PostCSS 설정을 보강해 실제 브라우저에서 디자인 스타일이 보이도록 했습니다.

• [BUG] 레포지토리 위생 정리 및 CI 검증 보강 #30 / PR #32는 레포지토리 위생 및 CI 검증 보강 범위입니다.
• 이 PR은 UI와 제품 플로우 변경이므로 #35로 별도 관리합니다.
• 현재 PR은 [BUG] 레포지토리 위생 정리 및 CI 검증 보강 #30 브랜치를 base로 둔 stacked PR입니다.

• localhost:3100 홈에서 1초 만에 약속 잡기, 통합 스케줄러, 모든 캘린더 동기화 표시 확인
