Problem

Both the CI runner and local shells still built the Go bindings with Go 1.23.

Solution

One line in mise.toml: go = "1.23" -> go = "1.26". Since the mise migration the toolchain version lives only there (CI uses jdx/mise-action@v4), so there is nothing else to touch.

Deliberately not touching the go directive in go/file/go.mod. That declares the minimum language version for consumers of the published Go module; raising it would break anyone on an older toolchain. This PR only bumps the toolchain we build/test with.

Verification

Local, on mise-provided go1.26.7 darwin/arm64, in go/file:

  • go build ./... — clean
  • go vet ./... — clean
  • gofmt -l . — prints nothing
  • go test -count=1 ./...:
    ok github.com/SmooAI/file/go/file/v2 0.762s

No Go 1.26 incompatibilities found.

consumers of the published module, and raising it would break them.
Verified: go build/vet/test and gofmt all pass on 1.26.

The toolchain version lives only in mise.toml since the mise migration,
so this is a one-line change. Deliberately NOT touching the `go`
directive in go.mod — that declares the minimum language version for
consumers of the published module, and raising it would break them.
Verified: go build/vet/test and gofmt all pass on 1.26.
