Unable to transfer files from iPhone to Windows 11

So, I’m unable to transfer files and send messages from iPhone to a laptop running Windows 11. I tried disabling my adblocker and VPN but it still doesn’t work. The same thing happens when I restart both my devices.

Any reason why and what should I do to fix it?
