added support for TMS layer

@stefanocudini hi there! I'm not a maintainer of this repo, so I can't do much about it.

Given that there are a couple of pretty old pull requests without comments, I'm guessing this project is more or less abandoned - you could check with the current maintainers if it's ok for you to step up and maintain it, if you have the time and energy.

Otherwise, you could also look into Leaflet.VectorGrid, which supports vector tiles in Leaflet 1.0.
