Hovering mouse over subtitles changes cursor

Using the latest master and DirectShow on Windows 8.1 64-bit.
When I hover the mouse over a subtitle line, the cursor changes for an instance and then returns to what it was.

The GIF demonstrates the move you have to make to reproduce this; the cursor change isn't captured by the software I use unfortunately :/

On a side note, this doesn't happen when I use MPC-HC as a player.

Hm, seems to be a feature of the RichTextBox...

If it is, maybe you can force the cursor on some RTB property?
